Sales Club is a small, focused peer group for solo founders and micro businesses who want to grow beyond referrals and build a more reliable way of winning work.

No fluff. No generic coaching. Just practical conversations, real shared challenges and peer support, guided by someone who's built and scaled multiple businesses and understands what it takes to win clients.

Sessions are designed to help you make real progress on your sales challenges – not just learn more about them.

Fortnightly 2-hour group session 

Two hours, every other week. The first hour is structured learning. The second is a hot seat where members' live challenges get direct input from Paul and the group.

You don't just learn – you apply it straight away and see others do the same. 

Monthly 1-hour individual session 

Your own focused time with Paul, every month. Bring a pitch you're preparing, a project that has stalled or a prospect you want to win. Paul will work with you to focus on action.

This is where things start moving. Because we focus on your actual pipeline, not theory.

Private WhatsApp community for ongoing support 

Share wins, ask questions, get feedback and stay connected. No noise. No pitching. Just people helping each other move forward.

Instead of working alone, you can ask the group for input and move quickly to put it into action.

ABOUT ME

Hello, I'm Paul

After building, scaling and exiting my own businesses – and working with brands like Vodafone, Salesforce and HSBC – I believe that most founders get stuck because they treat symptoms, not systems. Referrals are great, until they're not. You can't build a sustainable business by just winging it with sales. And you definitely can't get thing moving without knowing which part of your sales pipeline is the bottleneck.

I’ve learned this the hard way. My first business took 15 years – and just about every mistake in the book – to get where I wanted it to be. The second took 15 months to reach a similar result. The difference wasn’t effort. It was having a clearer, more structured way of approaching sales.

Most of the founders I speak to aren’t short on ability or effort. They’re just trying to grow without a clear sales system they can rely on. That’s where things get frustrating. You end up relying too much on referrals, trying different things that don’t ever quite stick, and never really knowing what’s actually getting results. 

That's why I set Sales Club up. As a place for people to step back, get clear on what's going on for them, receive peer support and start building a more consistent, repeatable way of winning business.

Questions

When do sessions run?

Tuesday afternoons, every other week, 1pm to 3pm. You'll get the full 12-week schedule as soon as you join so you can block out the dates straight away.

What if I miss a session?

Life happens. If you need to skip a session, the group carries on and you'll be brought up to speed. The programme is designed so that missing the occasional session won't derail progress. That said, the real value is in showing up consistently, so I'd encourage you to protect those Tuesdays.

Why is it a 12-week commitment?

Building a sustainable approach to sales and marketing takes time. Quick fixes don't work, which is probably why you're looking at this in the first place. 12 weeks gives you enough time to learn, apply, adjust and see real results. It's also why there are no partial refunds once the programme starts; the commitment is part of what makes it work. If you need to cancel before the start date, you'll receive a full refund.

Is this right for me if my business is already established?

Sales Club is built for solo founders and leaders of small B2B businesses who are working on building a structured approach to winning clients. If you're already well past that stage and need strategic consulting, Paul's one-to-one consulting might be a better fit. Get in touch and we'll point you in the right direction.

What happens after 12 weeks?

You can always re-enrol if you want to keep going. As a founding member, you'll keep the same introductory rate for as long as Sales Club runs. There's no obligation to continue, but most people find the accountability hard to give up.

Do I need any special tech or tools?

Just Zoom and WhatsApp. That's it.

How many people are in the group?

12 maximum. Deliberately small so everyone gets proper attention and airtime. All potential new members have an introductory call with Paul be to ensure Sales Club is the right fit for them.
