I've built, scaled and exited two businesses. The first took 15 years of grinding through every mistake in the book. The second? 15 months to similar results through systematic engineering rather than hope and hustle.
After working with brands like Vodafone, Salesforce and HSBC, I discovered that most founders get stuck because they treat symptoms, not systems. You can't referral your way to £1M. Questions
When do sessions run?
Tuesday afternoons, every two weeks, 2pm to 4pm. You'll get the full 12-week schedule as soon as you join so you can block out the dates straight away.
What if I miss a session?
Life happens. If you need to skip one, the group carries on and you'll be brought up to speed. The programme is designed so that missing the occasional session won't derail your progress. That said, the real value is in showing up consistently, so we'd encourage you to protect those Tuesdays.
Why is it a 12-week commitment?
Building a proper approach to sales and marketing takes time. Quick fixes don't work, which is probably why you're looking at this in the first place. 12 weeks gives you enough time to learn, apply, adjust and see real results. It's also why there are no partial refunds once the programme starts; the commitment is part of what makes it work. If you need to cancel before the start date, you'll receive a full refund.
Is this right for me if my business is already established?
Sales Club is built for solo founders and small B2B businesses who are early in building a structured approach to winning clients. If you're already well past that stage and need strategic consulting, Paul's one-to-one services might be a better fit. Get in touch and we'll point you in the right direction.
What happens after 12 weeks?
You can re-enrol for the next cohort if you want to keep the momentum going. As a founding member, you'll keep the same introductory rate for as long as Sales Club runs. There's no obligation to continue, but most people find the accountability hard to give up.
Do I need any special tech or tools?
Just Zoom and WhatsApp. That's it.
How many people are in the group?
12-15 maximum. Deliberately small so everyone gets proper attention and airtime.
