What is a Growth Partner...
A coach asks questions. A consultant hands you a deck. A Growth Partner does neither in isolation. I sit alongside you as an experienced peer who's built, scaled and exited two businesses, and I shift between coaching, consulting and strategic input depending on what the moment needs. Think of it as having a co-founder's brain in the room without the equity split.
Who do you work with?
Founders, MDs and owners of profitable B2B service businesses, typically 3 to 10 employees, that have hit a growth plateau. Most of my clients are brilliant at what they do but uncomfortable with sales and marketing, and overly reliant on referrals. If you're trying to break through the £1M barrier without burning out or building a huge sales team, you're in the right place.
I get most of my work through referrals. Isn't that a good thing?
Referrals are great until they're not. The problem is you don't control them. One quiet month and the pipeline dries up. Referrals are a result, not a strategy. The work I do helps you build a system that generates opportunities on purpose, so referrals become the bonus rather than the lifeline.
What is the Position, Product, Pipeline framework?
It's the system I use to diagnose where growth is actually getting stuck. Position is how the market sees you and whether you stand out. Product is what you sell, how it's packaged and how it's priced. Pipeline is the repeatable process for turning interest into paying clients. Most founders try to fix pipeline when the real problem is position. The framework stops you tinkering with everything and fixing nothing.
How long before I see results?
Sprint clients often get clarity and a concrete next move within two weeks. Partner and Transform clients typically see meaningful pipeline and positioning shifts within 60 to 90 days. Real revenue impact usually lands in the three to six month window. I won't promise overnight results because that's not how growth works, but I will promise you'll stop guessing.
